I’m Jay, an Information Technology graduate and IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in IT operations, networking, CCTV systems, infrastructure deployment, system administration, and technical troubleshooting.

My work goes beyond resolving everyday technical issues. I’ve been involved in network installations and upgrades, CCTV projects, hardware and software troubleshooting, cloud-managed networking, system deployment, and digital process improvements. I also work on freelance IT projects, where I help clients implement practical technology solutions.

I believe good IT support is not only about fixing what is broken—it is about building systems that are reliable, organized, secure, and useful to the people who depend on them.
